RECEPTION PRICING

Our reception package is totally customizable, starting with a 4 hour minimum. Fees are per music playing hour. Set-up and take-down are included for free.
 
When you hire us, our services also include private online reception planners, guest request page, professional sound system, dance floor lighting, microphones and any announcements necessary.
 
A four hour reception looks like this generally….
  1.  Cocktail music starts directly after the ceremony to entertain the guests while the newlyweds take pictures. Includes introducing and playing songs for the bridal parties grand entrance. (Usually lasts about an hour.)
  2.  Dinner music and introductions for the toasts. (Usually takes about an hour)
  3. Acting as the Master of Ceremonies and DJ for all of the Special Event songs starting with the first dance. (Usually lasts about an hour)
  4. Open Dance party and the last dance of the night. (Usually lasts about one hour)
Anything outside of the ceremony and reception package minimums will be an extra $50 per half-hour including any rehearsals and travel time if the reception is at a different location than the ceremony.
 
Weddings outside of Central Oregon will reflect an additional cost of $100 per 100 miles and a $200 overnight expense if applicable.

 

Dedicated sound system and applicable microphones for the Prelude set, Processional, Ceremony, and Recessional.

CEREMONY PRICING

Our ceremony package is totally customizable, starting with a 2 hour minimum. Fees are per music playing hour. Set-up and take-down are included for free.
 
When you hire us, our services also include private online wedding agenda/timelines, and ceremony planners, a dedicated ceremony sound system and microphones, and any announcements needed.
 
A two hour ceremony looks like this generally….
  1. The pre-ceremony music will start an hour before the ceremony to get the wedding spirit going and to entertain early guests as they arrive. (Usually lasts about an hour.)
  2. Seating and ceremonial songs. Starting with the seating  and processional song, all the way through to the recessional song. (Usually lasts an hour or less.)
Anything outside of the ceremony and reception package minimums will be an extra $50 per half-hour including any rehearsals and travel time if the reception is at a different location than the ceremony.
 
Weddings outside of Central Oregon will reflect an additional cost of $100 per 100 miles and a $200 overnight expense if applicable.

Entertainment with first class equipment and lighting for the Cocktail hour, Dinner set, Special dances,and Dance party.
